D. Jamie Helmstetter, MAI has been an appraiser and consultant since 2002. He is qualified to perform appraisal, review, and consulting services for all property types including: residential, commercial, office, retail, multi-family, industrial, vacant land, special purpose properties, Green/High Performance buildings, and Solar Energy Installations. Consulting services include market analysis, financial feasibility analysis, economic rental analysis, partial interest valuation, and tax grievance assignments. Certified under the Appraisal Institute's program of continuing education.
